- Do I need to schedule the experience when I purchase it?
No, you may purchase any of our experiences without scheduling a specific date. The recipient will have up to 1 year to choose a date and time convenient for them.
- If the recipient does not like the experience I give them can they exchange it?
Absolutely. As long as they have not already scheduled the experience, they may exchange it for something else FREE OF CHARGE. If they choose a less expensive experience, they will be given store credit at Cloud 9 Living. If they choose a more expensive experience, they will simply need to pay the difference in price.
- I am purchasing the gift with my credit card and under my name, can someone else still use the experience?
Of course. Even though you are buying the experience or gift card, anyone may go on the experience.
